This rack holes the chicken in a perfect position for complete roasting. The meat turned out as close to perfect as possible. It browned beautifully. The rack also adjust for various different sizes so that it can accommodate both small and large. I am very pleased with This product. And it arrived in good time. It's just as good or better as some of the more expensive racks for meat.

perfect to allow air circulation for raosting and perfect for a small kitchen!  Can do a chicken and cornish hen now!  All i saw prior were turkey pans / roasters - - - too big!

I like cooking with the rack because you don't want your meat touching the bottom of the pan, it's sturdy and heavy duty and adjustable I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this .  It's great for holding my roasts or chicken or turkey  up straight so they don't fall over and brown    unevenly .  Cleans easily and has  adjusted  to hold a small  roast up to a 16 pound turkey .

As I was preparing my turkey for Thanksgiving the rack broke so I ordered this one. I'm very pleased with the versatility as it is adjustable so I can use it for any size roast or poultry. The only downside is it could be sturdier. But with that said I am not disappointed in the purchase and look forward to using it Walmart had an great price. And I know this because I compared it to several other racks available through other stores.

Well worth the money and versatile

I would like alternative  about same size   but  much stronger  , I would pay more for a  higher quality  rack  ,   but did not see it  available. It is not just about price. Higher quality at higher price  would be more acceptable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the item came, it was packaged well. When I went to use it when you opened the scissor part, it doesn't sit in the slot properly. It sits above it and you have to push down really hard and then it pops up. It doesn't lock in it, so which cheaply made.

Adjustable roast rack

I was looking for an adjustable flat rack that can easily fold to the width of a cooking or roasting pan. This rack does have an adjustment but the rack is shaped upward on a slant in a v shape most likely for roasting a turkey or whole chicken. Problem is it can't be used for anything that lies flat  where even heat distribution  is needed ie chicken breasts or steak. Return policy required me to pay shipping fees to ship it back which just wasn't worth the cheap cost so I donated it.  Anyone out there who finds an adjustable stainless steal roasting rack kindly let me know!
