These were great quality and they did not burn when I use them to grill chicken I will definitely be purchasing more for all of my gatherings.

They have so many uses! Not only for food to be roasted but you can use them for 'spearing' large sandwiches to hold them together till you eat them. For those, you just cut them in half.

You can also use these as stakes in your small house plants, Plant pokes for you house plants. Crafting uses as well. These make a great craft project for students at school, Library Craft classes or you and or your children for making the plant pokes with these, glue, clean empty paper towel or toilet paper rolls and glitter or crayons or paint. Just cut the rolls colored rolls in 1/4" - 1/2" sections and pinch them together and glut to the skewer making a flower or even a butterfly.

Use your imagination and you can come up with lots of fun and interesting ways to use these Bamboo Skewers besides using them for food.

I use them to make shish kabobs and your kabobs can be made of anything you like but there are many uses for these strong wooden wonders. Whether you are a crafter, baker, a parent, or a student there are so many ways you can use them, just think of all the possibilities. And if you that of the fact that they are made of Bamboo, the fastest growing plant in the world, which is a grass, and dense, strong, flexible and has elastic tendencies. Also, Bamboo is a highly sustainable material.
My kabobs were made with peppers, onions, potatoes, tomatoes and Italian sausage. Everyone got to decide what they wanted and how they wanted their kabobs arranged.
We have challenged ourselves to make a project using the bamboo skewers and spend more quality time together as a family. 
I already picked my project. My granddaughter will be nine next Sunday and I am going to try to make a Princess Cake with flag towers and I will use the skewers to place the flags in the towers. Please don't let her know in case it does not work out as I plan.

I don't recommend these skewers! I was preparing a dinner for the grill, and several of the skewers splintered as I pushed the meat and veggies on. One of the splintered pieces of wood gave me a very bad cut on my finger!!! Very poor quality!
