Obviously, I wouldn't purchase these for professional haircuts. But I do my husbands at home. These were surprisingly sharp. They got the job done, and I would recommend to anyone who does their kids, husbands, or own hair at home. Thinning shears, comb with ruler, and shears for the price is a great value. They're sharp, and overall easy to use!

Great hair cutting scissors for the home. Good for quick trims or full blown haircuts. This pack of scissors and a youtube video and I was sporting a fresh cut. Love it!

Very good quality for the price. Nice and sharp. Be careful when using the thinning shears not to take a big section of hair to cut at a time. I accidentally made a stripe in the back of my hair that will have to grow out and be fixed by my hairdresser. You want to use it sparingly in small sections and it does a nice job of thinning bulk and/or texturing or finishing ends almost like razoring.

Good for price

I'm not a hairstylist but apparently I've been cutting my family's hair with a very full pair of scissors for years. these are so nice and sharp and I can do layering so easy with the thinning shears. the ruler on the comb is very helpful too. a tip for the thinning shears: overdirect the hair in the opposite direction of the way you want it to fall, then cut straight across one time at the bottom 3rd of the length(or wherever you like, use your judgement)

These worked perfect. I cut my own hair and these definitely did the job. Mynhair turned out exactly like I wanted to do.

I did not try the scissors because I bought the set for the thinning shears. They are terrible only pull the hair not work correctly. Do not buy

Thinning shears useless

Bought these to cut my hair. The first time was fine but the next day when I went to cut some more off they didn't even cut. They were so dull after one haircut. Definitely not worth it. Especially if you're like me who never cuts hair and needed to touch up a couple times.
