[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A well made strong bar. She's actually a beautiful high polished stainless steel bar that's very appealing to the eye. The grips are not cut as deep as others and I like that. I'm setting this particular bar up for deadlifts. Easier on my shins, if you know what I mean. Ordered colored rubber plates in 10lbs, 25lbs, and 45lbs, and bought 3/4 inch thick heavy rubber 3' X 4' feet wide Cow Mats at Tractor Supply. The rubber plates are a bit larger than a standard 45lbs plate. So it's easy to load and unload standard 45lb plates. And there you have it. A low cost dedicated Deadlift Station in your home gym.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thick bar.  With arthritis  in my hands, it's less painful.  Has totally  free spinning ends, keeping the heavy spot down, preventing the bar from twisting the wrists.  Great Bar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I had started out with this one in my home gym. It has great grip and is very stiff. the only downside is the grease that comes on the bar. I've washed it with degreaser, soap and water, and alcohol and I still can't get it off.
