At first I was thinking why in the world would I spend so much on a piece of wood but after reading some of the reviews I caved and purchased it and I am so happy I did. This thing might just be a piece of wood but it's used everyday whether one of us(not just the kids) are balancing on it or we are using it for my sons cars and sometimes we use it as a table a he has his snack on it. The list goes on and on. It's made very well. There's no doubt we will have this for years to play with
