The cart is very well built and easy to assemble.
The package was not in good shape when delivered. It looked like it was dragged across concrete. The box was worn through in two places and the yellow paint on the tub was worn off to bare metal. Some of the metal was even worn away. There is not enough packing protection in the box.

GCSD-8 is awesome!  I went and put hands on the two poly Gorilla carts at the local box store and was not impressed at all with how flimsy the trays were.  The large one, GOR-10H.  I seen they had great reviews online, but I was worried how long the poly tray would last in the cold and over time.  Had to order this steel tray Gorilla cart online because no one carries it locally.  We couldn't be more happy with it!  Talk about stout!  The tray is built to last and like a tank to say the least.  Very happy with it.  The box stores and Gorilla cart should really consider promoting the GCSD-8 metal cart more.  There's only like two videos on it online.  Must not be very common.  But we feel it is night and day superior.  

Also, just like in some reviews, the PACKAGING could be better.  Fedex is really rough on packaging and it barely made it here.  The tray had a couple scratches and one dent that came out easy.  But it was put to work immediately, so we weren't concerned with the scratches in the paint.  10/10 recommend.

Steel tray > poly tray

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Expected the Gorilla cart to be heavy duty and it meet my expectations. Bought this cart because I was tired of using my single wheel wheelbarrow, I am tall and front end of wheelbarrow would hit the ground when being pushed. Wheelbarrow would tip if loaded or unloaded unevenly. Do not have those problems now. Like the high clearance and the removable handle so I can pull with a lawn tractor. Easy to assemble.

Heavy Duty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely well built, the tub is a good thickness METAL and not plastic. The tires have the inner tubes, the release handle is a really thick heavy polymer, and it went together in about 15 minutes with 2 people. We liked it so much, we just a 2nd one...

Extremely well built

Love this cart! It can haul heavy loads and dumps easily. Extra large wheels makes it easy to maneuver. We use carts for everything, even pulling out grandsons around. This does the job! I would definitely recommend this cart. It had a small dent in it but didn't bother us. No need to return for that.

Love this cart

I love my cart. It is heavy, wheels around easily. Taking off a star because it was A LOT more difficult to put together than it should have and took two people almost two hours to figure out...things didn't line up well, etc. Next time I'll buy one already assembled, it's worth the extra $.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a well documented issue, so I wasn't surprised. Plus, the item is rather large, but the boxes are well known for being cheap and broken open. Thankfully everything was still intact and there was only minor damage to the cart. It's a cart, I'm going to beat it up, so not a deal breaker for me. Beyond that, happy with the product and ease to assemble. Wish I would have had about a month earlier!!

The condition of the box was atrocious. The box looked like it went through a war zone. No padding whatsoever for the cart. All of the items are in the bed of the cart so that they are protected, but nothing around the cart itself. There is a severe chip exposing the bare metal on my order which would lead to it rust quite soon. The cart seems well built but putting it together is not as easy they instructions make it out to be. You will have to have the cart rest on its side, line up the bolt on the inside of the bed and the ratchet in the lock nut. The first two bolts are a challenge because the frame has a good weight to it. I had to stretch some pieces of the frame to line up with the bolts.

Cart is nice but packaging is horrendous

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The steel bed is crooked and not level. Even after it was installed, one side is higher 1-2” than the other side. No wonder if was sold with a $60 discount (the only place in the entire USA of a discounted price, so no wonder?) it should have been labeled as defective or seconds!!!

I am sure this would have been great!  I was super excited.  Unfortunately the box had been opened, poorly repackaged and the heavy steel carrier dented.  Made me be suspicious of what else was damaged,  refund and pick up were exceptional.  Thank you!
