They were delivered the next day, and my grandson just loves playing with both jars. He's 4 1/2 years old and figured out how to navigate the menu all by himself! He's been having so much fun playing and collecting fairies everywhere!

Was a good gift .. but noticed a small glitch, when I went to change the batteries there was rust all over the battery connections

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought as Christmas gifts. when received them , batteries didn't work. Had to replace batteries. so hopefully when the girls get them  for Christmas they will work.

The batteries were corroded. I cleaned it out and put in new batteries and now I just have a red light. I saw a way to reset it and it's not working. I hope they take it back. My 6 yr old is very disappointed :(  hopefully it's just a fluke.

Not working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this for my daughter for her birthday. She requested this, and watched videos on it before getting it.  When it arrived, the light would not go off and it would not play or show fairies. We returned it and purchased another.  She caught a few fairies before it stopped working!  At first we thought maybe the first one was just messed up. But then to have a second one not work also, was just enough.  And dealing with Wal-Mart's customer service was a headache.  I would not suggest this product at all. The fairies she actually was allowed to catch only said about 4 phrases. Save your time and money!  IT WAS NOT AS NICE AS THE YOUTUBE REVIEW VIDEOS.
