This is the second one I've purchased. I gave the previous one to my son. They get a lot of use and have held up well. The first one is over a year old and the interior is still in like new condition. We have a big family and use the pans frequently for eggs, pancakes, meats, etc. We typically don't add oil or butter or spray, and have had zero issues with food sticking. I have no complaints and feel better about using these pans than others with toxic coatings.

An excellent light-weight non-stick skillet!!!  Just a dab of pure virgin oil (or none at all) is all one's need to fry or cook any healthy tidbits into one's stomach!!  Easy to clean!  Just a fantastic pan...  Highly recommend adding into your kitchenet hardware...

This Gotham steel non-stick frying pan is top notch quality and worth the money. As advertised the pan doesn't need any butter or oil to cook in. (Note to self: Do not use cooking spray.) You can use a metal spatula on it. It washes up with no effort. Haven't used it in the oven yet. I'd buy this again and I would certainly use it as a gift and be proud of giving it.

One Heck of a Frying Pan

Great pan, sturdy and non-stick as expected.  It did not need any butter or oil for scrambled eggs.  It is an appropriate weight (not light or heavy).

Awesome frying pan. I use it making omelets and it cooks evenly and no sticking. Omelets slide out of the pan and into the plate. Easy to clean. Good deal.

Best non-stick pan I've used yet. Was able to flip two eggs at once without a spatula. Clean up is a breeze,also. Five stars seems a little low for this EXCELLENT item!!!

not as nonstick and stained while caramelizing onions and peppers and I clean right away so it didn't sit long I had to scrub and scrub trying to clean it but didn't use anything to abrasive afraid the coating come off.butnot horrible it's a little non stick.

I love Gotham Steel.  I have several pieces.  But for the size of the skillet the actual flat cooking surface is only about 6 inches.  That's the only reason my rating is so low.  If you need a good small stir fry pan or small saute pan, this one would rock.  But not as a skillet.

First few times I used it it felt very nice but now everything is getting stuck to the pan. 
I don't like to use too much oil but now with this pan I have to or food gets stuck to the bottom

When first time I use, I already feel not like they said that non-stick! I use 10 times after, it get worse, terrible, stick everything even I use a lot of oil! garbage! Absolutely waste your money!
