I bought a Gotham fry pan years ago when they were first advertised. This pan is still in use with no problems on the frying surface, out lasting many other purchases. The new set seems to be made to the same standards and I expect it to last many years.

Gotham steel 20 piece pots and pan set

While these are pretty good pots and pans, and it says in the product description no oil needed, in the instructions it specifically says DO NOT USE NOT STICK SPRAY. I use olive oil non stick spray to get some EEVO in my diet and for flavor, so I am bummed about not being able to use it.  I would have taken this set back, but hubby tossed the box too fast. They are fine though.

Read carefully before using

Its a great set, although it should say you cant use stainless steel utensils. They scratched the pots and pans within the first couple of uses.

They're.....

I bought this set under the assumption that they would be scratch free and that nothing would stick on them that is furthest from the truth. When I use these pants I never use any metal utensils and as I was looking inside my pan I see all kinds of little dance Little nicks the other pen I have is definitely not non-stick. Seems that whenever I try to cook something easy like green peppers and onions on low it still seems to burn my pan

This cookware set is not what they make it out to

With the cost of this set, you would think there would be some kind of heat resistant handles on the cookware, or on the glass lid handles! Non-existent ... No protection. I got burned the first time using them. I had to get silicone covers for the handles on the lids to be able to remove them during cooking. BUYER BEWARE!

Beware of hot handles!

pans are alot smaller in person and i got 1 as a gift for my sister and the pan is already peeling and can no longer be used! very disappointing considering the price
