Gotham Steel bacon bonanza is a baking sheet that features a rack which keeps the bacon off the bottom of the pan where grease collects. To use bacon bonanza, you place the bacon divider in the primary pan, and then line up strips of bacon in each of the divided sections. You then place the bacon-filled pan in the oven and cook. Bacon will SHRINK as it heats, and the divider will keep it from bending or curling. Fat will also drip down into the pan below so that the final Product is flat, non-greasy bacon.

Sliding mechanism compromises handling and stability when in use.

I have bought several various bacon cookers over the years: microwave ones, self-contained ones, etc. but I have to say this is absolutely the best I've ever run across.

Best thing since sliced bread. Cooks bacon excellent. We also throw stuffed mushrooms and stuffed peppers on the rack.

I'm giving it 5 stars oh, because there is nothing wrong with the product, but it is just not "my cup of tea".

I thought the price was to high, but I needed the XL 18 slice size because my family is bacon lovers and I can cook more bacon at one time.  I did not receive any bacon with my order so I left that question blank.  Very easy to clean.

You can cook up to 12 slices of bacon at a time.  And it is so much healthier without all that grease from the bacon.

A Bacon-Lover's Dream

We have used once since purchasing.  We use a thick cut of bacon so it takes longer to cook than the recommended cooking time suggests for the product.  They came out well, but not quite crispy enough to our liking.  Will be trying again with the rack inverted as the product suggests for crispier bacon.  I do really like that the bottom tray is a perfect fit and can catch all grease drippings.

cooked the bacon on the top nice and crispy, bottom half not so much, takes a little longer than they say to cook.

Purchased this pan so that my husband wouldn't have to stand by the stove waiting to cook several strips of bacon.  Thought this would be easier, cleaner, and shorter time.  Because the bacon does not cook evenly, we like crisp bacon, we have to turn the bacon over to cook both sides.  Each side takes us 30 minutes to cook it like we want.  Now it takes an hour to cook our bacon.  Will probably return to store.

Disappointed

What a disappointment! After one use the bacon started sticking and it's impossible to clean. Even tried spraying the rack and it didn't help. 
And bacon doesn't cook evenly between the pieces located on the outside or inside of the tray. And the top of thr slice is much crispier than the bottom.
After 4 uses and too much time spent scrubbing and picking at it with a toothpick, we have thrown it out.
