My cookie sheet was dented when it came in.  The seller replaced it without hesitation. This is a second cookie sheet bc I already had one and it's awesome.  Any Gotham Steel product is worth it. We also have cookware and after having it, will have nothing else. The bakeware is awesome as well.  I highly recommend.

I like how sturdy they are, the copper look is great, I'm very leary of cooking product's so I purchased only one to check them out. I ordered another one because they are great cookie sheets. I'm allergic to teflon, tin and other types of metals and coatings. I had no problem with these.    Good cooking!

Perfect

It doesn't matter if something burns onto these baking trays, running hot water over them with the spray setting powers everything right off. Then add just a little drop of Dawn dishwashing liquid to a paper towel and gently hand-wash to remove any oils that you had added while cooking. I can't believe it took me so long to buy these.  I look forward to finding out how many years they last and I'm hoping this quality is much like from the 1950s and 1960s when bakeware lasted for decades.

Easy wash

I love this cookie sheet. You really do not need oil for this. I have baked Salmon, to potatoes and veggies. And everything washes off on a flash. It has held up well, so I'm hoping it lasts much longer. It is also a generous size. you can get a lot on it, which saves you from using multiple pans.

I gave this as a gift to the woman of the house because she does all the cooking.  She likes it and her frying pans are that Gotham Steel , coppery color.  Her old baking sheet is in horrible condition.  I know that's a sign of a good cook but... I myself couldn't stand it anymore

I am enjoying not having to put a lot of energy into scrubbing the pan.
 Really tough, burnt on food may need a little extra muscle but not enough to discourage me from recommending it. 
It is light weight and tends to warp in heat above 400 degrees but it conforms when cooled.

Pleased so far.

Not exactly sure what to think, I ordered two of these pans with high expectations.  I never used them as the pans were stuck together and the one on top had scratches in the coating down in the metal; therefore, Im returning them.  They have a nice sturdy feel, but at this point Im going to try and find something in store so I can do my holiday baking!

Shipping disappointment

Pan warps badly at just 350'...will fling your food out of the pan sometimes. i wouldn't recommend  this pan. i gave it 2 stars just because it is non-stick and cleans up easily.
