This replaced a Gotham frying pan that I ruined by using high heat, butter, oil and spray.  Don't do that!

Use medium heat.  Use a timer so you don't get antsy and turn the heat up.  I use my smartphone timer.  Seven minutes each side of a burger pattie or for eggs sunny side up seems to get it done.  Remain calm. 
 Straighten up the kitchen while you are waiting for the chimes.  The eggs will indeed slide out.

The Zen frying pan.  Must have peace of mind.

I'm all about making life easy and this pan is a non stick wonder, easily makes omelets easy to turn and no mess clean up, simply let cool and rinse and wipe clean. 
….unless you live with someone who can't double check the manufacturer guide, aka my husband….or my mother-in-law! This is my second purchase within 3 years. 
1.  Do not hear above medium heat. 
2. Do not use a scotch brute scouring pad…ever. 
For those reasons I bought another, just for me pan. Below are pictures of one “pretty” one that's been used for a few months. And the “not so pretty” one that we STILL use but I keep in the area that if my husband uses no big deal. 
All in all I'd recommend to anyone!

Beautiful %26 Easy!

im not one to give 5 star ratings to anything yet this pan deserves one. it doesn't stick, it heats evenly, it cleans up with a gentle wipe. it cooks cake in the oven.  the price is good. i am on retirement and must be cautious with my purchases and that is the only reason i am waiting for my next payday to purchase a sauce pan from this line to replace my 45 years old favorite pot. need i say more on how great my experience with this skillet has been. a hardy Yes to this pan

I'm giving it a 5 rating because it's so nice looking even though there was a very small imperfection.   It's deeper than what I though and the sides aren't curved very much like a regular frying pan; but, that makes it good for a small casserole as well with the glass lid which is nice with a hefty metal handle.. The only thing I didn't like was that it had a small imperfection a long the rim of the pot.  Looked like a scratch with a slight raised feel; but, wasn't sharp; so, I'm keeping it because it was hardly noticeable.  I would recommend this to my friends and family.

Debated whether  to buy Gotham  or Vesteel..Although Vesteel  is excellent product,  I love Gotham,  not having to use oils, easy clean up and good tasting  food!

The best pan I ever owned,  really!!

I cook a lot! I always wear out my 10" skillet first before all the other pieces. So this time I decided to purchase just a new 10" skillet. I am so glad I chose the Gotham Skillet. It is a breeze to clean up. Nothing sticks. I am very pleased with my purchase. I am thinking about purchasing a entire set of Gotham cookware. You can't go wrong with this skillet if easy clean up and non sticking is what you are looking for. Oh, I forgot to mention that it induction cooking as well which is about all I do.

This Gotham Skillet is the best!

I highly recommend Gotham Steel products; I have four pans now, plus two others I bought for my daughter. Nothing sticks, so clean-up is a snap. I haven't yet used one for the oven, but they withstood the dishwasher, so I imagine they'd be fine in the oven up to 500 degrees.

Gotham nonstick frypan

This is a dangerous piece of junk. 

The edge is very sharp around the rim of the pan. 

The edges are very sharp on the many exposed edges of the metal pan handle. All of them. 

The metal lift handle on the lid heats up. A pot holder is required to lift it off of the hot frying pan.

The pan was, however, nonstick.

Terrible delivery procedure. This order was to arrive overnight. It took eight days. It came in a very thin cardboard box much bigger than the pan itself with no packing material, so the pan and lid were able to freely slide around inside the box. At some point the pan must have slid hard enough and the handle punctured through the cheap cardboard box. Like I said, the metal handle has sharp edges. 

Then someone somewhere had the common sense to cover the hole by wrapping the entire length of the box with wide, clear tape. Unfortunately, the tape did not stick well and it was all twisted. The hole was exposed by the time I got it.

Enough said.

Think twice before buying this.
