Great

This product is worthless for any kind of meat. Fat and drippings puddle on the mat and then drip into the innards of the grill. The meat basically FRIES in its' own grease, ergo you might as well cook on the stove in a cast-iron pan. You must use MEDIUM TO LOW heat so it's difficult to get steaks medium rare and impossible to get the  grill lines.  If you are unfortunate enough to get the grill lines on your meat, then the MAT DOESN'T CLEAN UP. This is basically one time use worthless grill add-on. It would work as a low weight backpacker back-up camp pan to throw on the fire and then throw away.
