Cooking surface provides consistent heat distribution.

Suitable for cooking for multiple people.

Can be even, but may vary due to material inconsistencies.

Can be comfortable with dual handles, but also feels flimsy at times.

It's the best frying pan that I bought so far it works great. It's a bigger size and that allows me to cook four eggs at a time instead of two I like it.

This Fry pan is just the most wonderful thing I have in my kitchen  I can cook a whole meal in it.  I just cooked  chicken, potatoes, carrots, onions and spices in this pan and it was delicious.  Stirring while cooking was easy since nothing sticks.  When done , cleaning was a breeze.  Just a little dish soap and hot water and it was clean in a couple of minutes.  I don't know how I got along in the kitchen before I got it.  Having the extra handle makes moving a heavy load of food much easier and safer.  The only con is that it did not come with a lid.  I happened to have a tempered glass lid from another pan that i had thrown away earlier. I would recommend it to anyone.

The Best Large frypan I ever owned

I absolutely love these pans.  Their composition is amazing.  They heat quickly and evenly.  I can crowd chicken breasts up the sides and they cook as well as those on the bottom.  I got three for home and three for my cabin. Have had them since May. They clean up easily also. They cook well on glass top stoves.  They are awesome. Quality and appearance superb.  Worth every dollar I spent!

I needed a pan that could go from stove top to the oven and this one is perfect for my needs as well as my pocketbook.

Good Deal

I bought this pan to replace one just like it.  I love this line.  I have the entire set.  So easy to clean.  I love the look of the pan.  I leave these pans out on my cook surface.

Gotham Steel Family Size Frying Pan

I love this skillet.  I bought one and came home and used it and really liked it so I went back and bought 2 more. I got rid of all my other skillets and now this is all I use.

Forget the Orgreenic, I bought them too. These Gothum pans are the best.

Gothum Steel pan

This pan does not perform as advertised.  I seared steaks and had to let the pan soak and then scrub and it still had stains from the searing.  According to the literature, you can cook anything in it and wipe it clean, not so.  The pan is discolored and everything sticks to it now.

Disappointed.

it is not as advertised it sticks when cooking eggs it dries them out and makes them hard and bad tasting I would not recommend to my worst enemy let alone my friends. It sticks worst than my old wore out pans.

lousy pay

was a gift but returned it after my experience with the lager and smaller pans from gotham.  after cooking bacon ,and wiping the pan my sunny side up eggs stuck to the pan. Not as advertised food stuck on both pans I purchased for myself.
