I am so happy with this set I bought another one in a different size. I appreciate that it is easy to clean. I spray the wire rack with oil before I put the food on it. The wire rack is easy to clean with a dish brush.

This is just what I needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just love my crisper!!!! It's large enough to mix a variety of veggies to roast in the oven. My favorite is an Italian mix of zucchini squash (yellow %26 green), eggplant, peppers (red, yellow, orange), mushrooms %26 onions cut into pieces.  Toss them olive oil, crush garlic, Italian seasoning and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 400 for about 25 minutes. They turn out amazing in this pan. Also great for asparagus, broccoli, and Brussel sprouts and French fries. 
The pan is beautiful as a serving piece and can go right from oven to table. Very easy to clean. I'm using this pan all the time and I'm sure you will too!
