Beautiful set. Foods slide right off and cleanup is virtually just a wipe with a papertowel. Definitely my best pans ever.

I have induction stove and these pans are not very good for induction.  The bottom of the pan doesn't fully trigger the heat.  To find out if an induction pan will work, you have to use a magnet.  The magnet doesn't work in the middle and about an inch all around the bottom of the pan.  when the pan gets going, it works well.

So-so pans

for some reason, frying potatoes will stick, pancakes too but not as bad. 
i should have bought the granite stone i guess.
