One of the items on my Bucket List was to purchase a complete set of dishes, not just something I could use for everyday and holiday meals, but something I could pass on to one of my granddaughters. The moment I saw the picture of the Alexandria place setting I knew it was what I was looking for. The colors are very deep and rich. The pattern is not busy. I only wish it came with saucers for the cups...

Bucket List Item - Checked Off

We are very pleased with this dinnerware.  Previous dinnerware, from other companies, showed scratches on the plates and bowls from our flatware almost immediately.  This dinnerware is very durable and does not show scratches. We are very pleased with it so far!

Oh my gosh, we love the Alexandria dinnerware set in our lakeside log home.  It is perfect with the rustic and natural flare of our home.  We are surrounded by Georgia pines and hardwoods so the pattern of leaves are so beautiful on our table.  Our log interior compliments the rustic browns and amber leaves.

I love our new rustic dishware for our new rustic home.  I just wish I could get the rest of my order.  I'm grateful that I received most of my dishes, as I purchased several serving pieces, as well.  But now, most everything is out of stock/on backorder it seems (like everything everywhere else), and no one has contacted me with any updates.  When I placed my original order online, the system led me to believe that I could get 4 of the 8 appetizer plates I wanted.  Not so.  I've received none, although I paid for 4.  I would also like to order matching coasters, but they too are unavailable.  I wish someone would let me know if this is a temporary situation for this pattern and when I can expect the rest of my order or if it's being discontinued.

Wish I Could Get the Rest of My Order

Beautiful dishes but I received a plate with a defect. I sent a picture and was told I could send them back. I did not feel I should send the whole order back rather get the defective one replaced. My mother bought these brand of dished through a department store and she received a new item without sending anything back

They arrived very quickly, no broken or chip pieces, great packing material so no complaints regarding the ordering/shipping process. I'm moving next week so haven't used them yet, but looking forward to my new home and think they will look great in the new kitchen.

I ordered a 32 pc set of these beautiful dishes only to be disappointed .When I received them there was a lot of blue that seemed to run into the cream color of the dishes. I was told that due to the reactive glaze that this was normal. Some were worse than others. Mind you there was no blue in these dishes. I ended up sending them back for a refund.
