Received as a gift less than 2 months ago. Used about 10 times. Still has a very strong plastic smell when hot. Teflon coating starting to flake already on 1 basket. Hand washed only NEVER used any abrasive pads only a soft brush and Hot soapy water. Very disappointed with the durability of the coating. Will try to get warranty, but no gift receipt to show purchase date. Even thought the cooking results were very pleasing, I refuse to pay for replacement parts when it has barely been used. Hope to update with positive warranty response, but cannot recommend at this point.
