We use this just for espresso.  I have not tried the wand for steaming milk, but as an ex-barista, I'm pretty sure I could make it work if needed.  We use the pre-ground espresso and it works great.  I made a tamper which helps.  Replaced my Mr. Coffee one that lasted many years.  Hope this one does too.

Price received 4 stars because it's gone up significantly in the past year (other stores were still the lower price but unfortunately out of stock, so Walmart gets points for stock).

i love this small machine! great tasting coffee every time! Very easy and great value! great for for 2 person home but may be a lot of work for multiple uses a day.

I had the same espresso machine but Mr coffee brand and I lived it. Makes 4 shots in one brew and I love it. The other one lasted around 4 years using it every day and I changed it because the button got a bit messed up but was still working

Second time buying it

I bought the espresso maker for the grad student office where I go to school. It is quick and extremely easy to use and is definitely phd student approved! The fact it can brew 4 shots at a time is huge because it saves so much time! The frothing wand is amazing when folks have wanted to warm up milk for a latte!

there is no reason to give this machine under a 4 star review, and the reason it didnt get 5 stars is because it doesnt come with a user manual. I will look online for one, but after 2 uses it seems to be self explanatory. there is a setting for warming up that is unlabeled right before the brew setting. seems pretty good if you ask me.

Pretty good little machine. Still learning to make milk foam but it's fun trying.

Unit does seem to leak a bit of water but not a whole lot. The screw cap has actually sunk into the machine when tightened to make espresso. Espresso will not begin filling up until the screw cap is very tight..

Still, I like this little machine and in the month or so that I've had it, I've literally saved 3 times the amount paid for it.

I'd more than like purchase another if this one ever gives out.

Pretty Good Little Machine

I bought this because the reviews were decent and the price was good. I will tell you that it makes okay espresso. the problems that I have with it are the portafilter is too deep to be able to mash down the grounds. I even bought a tamper separately and it is not wide enough for the tamper to fit into it. picture shown. and the thing doesn't come clean it's disgusting after very few uses.

don't bother

The glass shattered at the 3rd use of machine.  This item is dangerous with shards of glass all over our RV.  We were on vacation so kept the product and now just put our coffee cups where carafe should be

Dont buy dangerous

Worked fine for maybe a couple months until I found the machine sitting in a pool of water from the leaking reservoir tank. Fortunately I'm getting a refund through the company warranty but I wish I had just invested money in a more long lasting product

Machine broke after a few months

This was my third espresso maker what I ordered in the past two weeks. I had to return all, including this one, for serious issues. This one is so defective, it can't be called an espresso maker. Just a regular coffee maker, because the steamer doesn't work. It left my milk I was trying to steam cold. Also, the opening of the chamber, where you pour the water sits so low, good luck trying not to spill half of it outside. No, I do not recommend this espresso maker.
