I just bought the Gourmia 8-Tray Food Dehydrator. It is really convenient to use in my home as well as in my dormitory room in school. I left it running overnight and none of my roommates said anything about hearing noise from it. It is very quiet. So far, my best thing that I made in it was beef jerky. It was really cool that I could pick how much I wanted to cook/dry it out. It has many options on it so you can make anything you want. You see the progress as it cooks it which is cool. The options are not complicated, and you could set exact temperatures and see it cook. Next, I am going to try to dry out some fruit. My friend just got the same item, and he made fruit, and they are yum. The fact that it has 8 trays in such a “small” device makes it super convenient because I can really pack in a lot into it at once. There is a drip tray on the bottom which makes the cleanup super easy. I only used it a few times, but I know that I am going to really enjoy it. So much so that I will probably order a second one to give as a gift. The price is definitely worth it for such a good product.
