I wasn't totally sure what to expect with this Gourmia vacuum sealer, but it ended up being way more useful than I thought. It's small, easy to use, and honestly kind of fun. The suction is super fast (like, surprisingly fast), and everything I've sealed so far—from chicken to leftovers—has stayed super fresh. I really like that it has a built-in cutter and bag storage so I'm not running around trying to find stuff. It doesn't take up much space and looks nice on the counter too. I've only had it a few days and I've already used it more than I expected. Great little gadget if you like to keep food fresh or do a lot of meal prep.

I didn't expect to be raving about a vacuum sealer, but the Gourmia Food Vacuum Sealer Machine has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen tools. If you're into meal prepping, bulk buying, or just hate wasting food, this thing is a game-changer.

What really impressed me is the suction power—it's fast (15 L/min) and strong, sealing meats, veggies, and even soups without missing a beat. I've used it to portion out family packs of chicken, preserve fresh herbs, and reseal snack bags. Everything stays fresher way longer, and freezer burn is a thing of the past. The built-in cutter is another lifesaver. I don't have to fumble with scissors to size my bags—it's all clean, quick, and built in.

One underrated bonus: it's compact but doesn't feel flimsy. The stainless steel cover makes it look sleek on the counter, and it stores easily when I need to tuck it away.

It Pays for Itself in a Week—Seriously

I recently got my hands on the Gourmia Vacuum Sealer Machine, and I have to say, it's probably been one of my Best Buys in a long time! One of the best features is the built-in bag cutter and roll storage. It makes creating custom-sized bags super easy—no more looking for scissors or trying to measure things out. Everything you need is right there, which saves me time and cuts down on waste.

When it comes to vacuum sealing, this machine really delivers. With its super powerful suction, it sucks all the air out of the bags quickly and efficiently. I've mainly used it for sous vide cooking, and let me tell you, my food has never been as good! It locks in all the flavors and keeps everything fresh, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

The controls are super user-friendly too. The one-touch buttons make it simple to operate, even if you're not tech-savvy. Plus, it adjusts the sealing temperature automatically, so I don't have to worry about crushing delicate items. It's nice knowing that I can seal up anything from meats to veggies without any hassle.

One of my Best Buys in a long time!!!

This vacuum sealer is quick and simple to use. The whole process takes about 30 seconds from start to finish, although it could take a few seconds longer depending on the settings. The various settings are really helpful because I was able to seal my meatballs and noodles in red sauce as well as my fried chicken. It has great suctioning power, so make sure to utilize the other settings like wet for wet food and gentle for bread products. The bags that come with are strong and hold up well. The overall design is very sleek. It's not overly compact where you feel like everything is on top of each other, but not awkwardly spaced out either. I like its stainless steel look and modern features. One of my favorite features is that the heat-seal technology cools quickly, making the user less likely to burn themself.

Perfect for Compact Storage

The Gourmia Food Vacuum Sealer Machine has been a game-changer in my kitchen. The high vacuum speed of 15 liters per minute means that it seals really fast, and makes preserving all kinds of food simple. The stainless steel finish looks nice, and the machine isn't very big, so it does not take up too much counter space. 
I really like the built-in cutter and roll bag storage, which lets me customize bag sizes to the food that I'm sealing. The bag roll goes a lot further when you're not just using one preset size. I can seal a few strips of jerky in a short bag, or go longer for a big steak. The fact that this sealer can handle wet ingredients is awesome. I love to barbeque, so I'm really looking forward to taking advantage of using the marinate feature.
My favorite use for this machine is to reseal opened food bags. In just ten seconds, it presses the bag to a perfect seal—no more stale candy, chips or crackers. You can see the clean seal on the M%26M's bag in the picture. The buttons are clear, a good size, and straightforward, which means I can seal and reseal items without any hassle. 
I'm really glad I've added this machine to my kitchen. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to preserve food longer.
