I love that I can put it on my Google home and that I can control every single color and even parts individually but it really needs to be brighter. if it was brighter I would put a 5/5

Nice features and plenty of scenes but I have one segment that will only shut off if I unplug the power supply.  :-(

Nice but having glitches

Super disappointed with this model. I had had two strips go back (my original order and my replacement). After firmware update part and full parts of the strip stopped getting light. I have a ton of Govee stuff, but I won't be buying this model ever again

These serve the purpose if you just want basic features and performance. The app is not very user friendly and I have not been able to get the automation features to work properly. Does not seem to save my location for controlling lights based on sunset and sunrise among other anomalies.

These were supper nice, very bright and everything, that's until I installed them under my bed, they there working just fine but then they weren't.  Contacted support and they took a few days, but I received a full refund.  I'll be buying the newest model the M1s I believe as I hear they are better then the basics.

Broke upon install

I have 2 sets of the same Govee lights in my bookshelf that I use for a streaming background. I have them communicate through Lumia Stream, the same as my Philips Hue bridge. The bridge does every command and prompt with no issue. Govee lights get stuck on a color instead of returning to default color, sometimes receive communication, and sometimes do not illuminate after a command (1 strand will and 1 will not).  When both are illuminated with the same color, they are not matching. Cool idea, they just could be better.

Off Color, delayed coms with Lumia Stream

These lights surprised me with how bright they are, along with the color range! Very customizable via the Govee app.

That said, I bought them under the impression that they support LAN control, as some of their other products do. They do not, which means that third-party apps (Razer Chroma, Corsair, etc) cannot control these lights, so keep that in mind if you're doing a room with them. Hopefully Govee adds LAN control support for these!

Where can I ask for a warranty, please? It only worked for a month. They're nice, but they failed very quickly.
