[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start off, I can't in good conscience give this a perfect 5/5 because I got the wrong color. I ordered the white %26 blue version vut got the standard black version. By no means a deal breaker, but does feel like some slight false advertising.

With that said, the Vita works perfectly. I've been using it for like 1 week now and I have had no problems. The buttons work well, the touch screen looks and feels brand new, the wifi is functional. The only issue I had with the hardware is that the joysticks were slightly sticky, but wiping them with Clorox wipes was all I needed. On the PS store I bought Jak %26 Daxter The Lost Frontier(PSP) and that game runs as expected. No problems with the game so far. Warning to new buyers: the Vita only has 1 gig of internal memory and legit Sony memory cards can cost between $30 to $200.

Overall, very satisfied with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this PlayStation Vita 2000 and I'm very unhappy with it. Right out of the box, the screen had multiple scratches and the whole console was dirty. 

For $200, this is not what I expected at all. The listing didn't mention the condition would be this bad. The buttons and edges had grime, and the device looks very heavily used.

For this price, the product should be clean and in much better shape. Now I'm stuck trying to clean it or return it. Very disappointed and would not recommend buying from this seller.

Came in totally wrong color , ordered white and blue and came black . gave a lame excuse that sometimes they ship another color if they don't have it in stock . Didn't communicate that in the beginning . 
Already gave it to my son for his birthday.
