I was worried about receiving broken pieces because of all the negative reviews but I decided to roll the dice and buy it anyway.  It's an awesome crib and such a great deal for the price.  I feel bad for everyone who is struggling with broken pieces but ours came just fine.

Good buy

Very tiny imperfections but not noticeable. Beautiful color. Dont like that it didnt say anywhere that extra parts have to be bought separately for crib to turn into toddler bed

Good quality for price and pretty

Based on the price I worried that this crib wouldn't be stable but it's actually nice and sturdy. Clean, simple look, easy assembly even for an 8-months pregnant woman. The paint job could be done a little better but there were no scratches and the overall quality is very good given the $120 price tag. There are a few large stickers labeling the sides (left, right) that are supposed to facilitate the assembly but they're a pain to peel off and clean the residue.

Great value

We really like this crib. It looks beautiful, feels very sturdy, and was fairly easy to assemble. Installation took us about 45 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on your experience with furniture assembly. Overall, we're happy with the quality and would recommend it.

The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is that the product listing is a bit misleading. Although this is advertised as a 5-in-1 convertible crib, the box only includes the standard crib configuration. None of the parts needed to convert it into the toddler bed, daybed, or full-size bed are included. Even the daybed/front-open rail is not included in the package and must be purchased separately, along with the other conversion kits and hardware.

I wish this had been made much clearer before purchasing. If you're buying this crib, just be aware that you'll need to purchase all the conversion pieces separately when you're ready to use those features.

Overall, it's a well-built, attractive crib, but the packaging and product description should better explain what's actually included.

Great Crib, but the Product Description Could Be C

The crib is sturdy once put together, but the instructions are not very clear. If you are expecting a solid heavy wood crib this is not that crib. The mattress support was difficult to install and one of the screws for the top back curved rail would not line up no matter what I did. As I was assembling this I considered returning it for something else.

Sturdy, but hard to assemble

After reading the not-so-great reviews, we crossed our fingers and ordered this crib for my son in 2012. The crib we received was in perfect condition and was a breeze for my husband to put together in probably a little over an hour. The quality is very good, especially considering the amazing price with mattress included. It's not as sturdy or as heavy as the far more expensive cribs at Babies R Us, for example, but you can't expect the quality of a $150 crib to be the same as a $400+ crib. My son has been in this crib for almost a year and half and I'm still very happy with our purchase. This crib has held up extremely well, even enduring my son's constant and enthusiastic jumping.

Because of our great experience with our son's crib, we decided to order the same crib for the birth of our upcoming daughter. The shipping is amazingly fast; we received the crib and mattress 3 days after we placed the order. The box was in good shape, but when my husband started to put it together, we discovered a badly damaged headboard. One of the pre-drilled holes was cracked all the way to the edge of the headboard. Instead of calling the 800 number to get a replacement headboard, we opted to just return the crib to our local store and re-order the crib. We had no problems returning the crib, and our new crib arrived in pristine condition and was put together within the week.

Bottom Line: Excellent crib for the money. Looks great in our kids' rooms and holds up very well. If the damaged product problems could be resolved, this would definitely be a 5 star purchase. While it was an easy process to return the damaged crib and re-order a new crib, it is still annoying to have to load it up and take it back to the store. I would still recommend this to a friend and would definitely re-order it in the future if necessary, because it is a great deal and great product, but give yourself time to return it and re-order if necessary.

Great crib when you get a non-broken shipment

The paperwork inside of the box states that the company should be contacted instead of returning the item to the store. I have contacted the company 5 times to no avail. I am extremely disappointed in this purchase however it is too cumbersome to take it back to the store so I'm stuck with a damaged crib for my first grandchild.
