Graco smart sense soothing swing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to buy this due to the price and not knowing how much I would actually use it. Fast forward a couple days and it has already justified its price. My baby when all other needs are met, she is fed and changed, but is still inconsolable, I put her in this and within a few minutes it has found the right combo to soothe her and sometimes even put her to sleep. It has given me a sense of peace when I need to do some work around the house, knowing she is safe and content and that if she starts to fuss it will change modes/speeds/sounds to hopefully relax her back to being her happy self. The only con I have is the cover being a light color. I am always worried about her having a diaper blow out and if the fabric was a darker color it would make me feel better. But other than that it was an easy set up, and she seems to enjoy it! If you're on the fence I highly recommend if you are needing some time back in your day to be baby free but still have peace of mind.

Not giving 5 stars because there's a clicking sound while it's being used. Otherwise, it's a nice swing. Aesthetically pleasing.

Clicking sound

We received it as a baby shower gift. It was working great for the first couple of months. Now it makes noise and it sounds like it is missing some parts. I can't use it anymore.

Got this a a baby shower gift from my dad. Baby girl loves it but it makes a lot of noise like metal rubbing against each other. Also squeaks when the humidity is high. I'm afraid it's going to break soon with how much it rubs.

Update: the swing has now stopped moving. Still turns on and sounds as if it's swinging but doesn't move. Very frustrated and disappointed. My baby loves this swing.

Got this as a gift for my baby shower in August, now that my little one is almost a month old I just opened it, turned it on once to check it out, then went to use it again with little one and it wouldn't even turn it on! I have no warranty or receipt!!

Won't turn on!

Had for a few months and one of the rocking modes now makes a loud metal banging noise. Low quality for such an expensive product. Definitely do not recommend.

Broke after a few uses

Stopped swinging and it's only been 4 months. Only used it a few times as my baby did not like it as a newborn for long periods. Revisited it now that my baby is older and it doesn't work. My baby is not at the weight or age limit.
