Graco crib

A good bed at a better price

Very cute, great size, not too bulky. I couldn’t have asked for a better crib for the price & it arrived really quickly!

Great low cost choice!

Beautiful crib. Very sturdy. I put it together alone and the instructions were clear. You may need the help of someone towards the end when you want to put the rail in place that the matress sits on. There are three height levels to adjust to as baby gets older. I highly recommend this product.

Best Purchase!

The crib is basic. My biggest complaint is the drawer is not flush. The sliding assembly of the drawer on the bottom of the crib is NOT even. It clearly is a manufacturing issue because the sliding part was not straight. The crib looks very unappealing because of this. If you want a pretty crib pass on this one because the drawer was not manufactured properly. It does not close straight or flush with the sides. The mattress is  on the slim side also.

Crib ok. Drawer horrible.

I like the crib but some of the holes werent completly through. Had to use a knife to make it perfect for screws to go through. The drawer won’t go all the way in. Sticking out 2inches. A little disappointed in Graco. I was mostly looking forward to the drawer

Drawer disappointment

The overall quality of the crib seems okay, and the materials feel solid enough for the price. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the fact that multiple parts arrived damaged. I didn’t notice the defects until I started assembling the crib, and both sides of Unit 1 and Unit 2 had visible damage once unpacked. This made the assembly frustrating and raised concerns about long‑term durability.

Customer service did approve a full return, which I appreciate, but the inconvenience of disassembling and transporting a partially built crib was not ideal. Better quality control from the manufacturer would have prevented this situation. The product has potential, but the condition it arrived in made it impossible to use.

Damaged parts

I had to write this review because i'm extremely disappointed with my purchase which is the same crib for the second time thinking that this time it won't be a damaged one. I bought one the first time and it turned out to have a damaged side which I returned and it took a lot of time, energy and effort to do so. but, then again, I tried to have faith and bought the same type of crib the second time and this time I checked before fixing it and guess what it was damaged. And its very upsetting/disappointing that we pay hell lot of money for a crib, fix it all by ourselves and then find out that it is damaged. Why is it no one doing the quality check? I am paying for a new product and why there is no one is taking the responsibility to make sure to check for such issues? I have no other option but to keep it because I can't deal with the return and buy again nonsense any more. And I will highly not recommend anybody to buy this.

Disappointed

It arrived damaged and I have been trying for three days to return it online but the site keeps telling me there are technical difficulties with that action...
