I love these pans.  Just note that the bottom needs to be scoured - it will build up grease and if you have a glass top stove, it will transfer the grease.  I only have this problem if I use it to cook corn tortillas, or sometimes bacon.  My first pan lasted easily 14 months - and probably would have been longer if I could have gotten my hubby to wash the pan or at least put it into the sink when he was done with it.  He also would wash the interior but not the bottom.  
These heat nicely, they are just great for the price you pay.  Dishwasher safe.  You can use metal utensils, however it will take the life out of the pans quicker.

It has the heavier, more adequate handle. The size and lining are excellent. Some granitestone handles are flimsy, the pans thinner. Hopefully not because walmart bullies them for cheaper prices. Absolutely wonderful investment, perfect for Asian dishesor larger meals.

The Pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Far superior to Blue Diamond (now) and the other competing brands.  Heat distribution is 4 of 5 stars, material is strong and lasts even under abuse. We bought this one for our neighbor after using the first purchase ourselves for several months on a daily basis. Still like new and I am much harder on cookware than the ideal use.

Won't find better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love cooking with this Granitestone Armor Max 12" inch Frying Pan. I have the Granitestone Armor Max Frying Pans in the 8", 10" 12" and the 14" sizes. I pretty much use this 12" one for frying up burgers. I'd say I use this 12" and the 10"  Pans the most. These are well made Pans and so easy to clean. I always wash ALL my pots and pans by hand because Dishwasher soap is super harsh on the finish on my pans. 
The pan cooks evenly and looks nice too.
I am super happy with all the Granitestone Armor Max Pans.

Lovin' the Granitestone Armor Max Pans!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using a carbon steele pan and it’s heavy and high maintenance. I was looking for an alternative non stick pan(non toxic) and this definitely is a good find. Frying eggs is remarkably easy and they turn out perfect every time. Highly recommend.

Great pan

This is the best frying pan I've ever owned and I've had quite a few. The surface is really as slippery as advertised. I haven't tried the lighter weight version sold on TV, but I believe it's worth the few dollars more for the heavier weight of this one. The nonstick coating even goes over the top edge which most others do not. It makes it even easier to clean. The bottom is even nice and smooth so no worries about it scratching my glass stove top.
The pan heats up evenly and browns like cast iron, only super smooth. I only wish came with a lid—I'm using one from another 12" pan and it doesn't quite fit. 
If I ever need another, I will buy this exact type again. I'm considering giving them as gifts, they're that good.

The product contain Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), commonly known by the brand name "Teflon" as stated on the back cover of the box. Just beware of this before you purchase it.

The pan is very good. I’d buy another one in a smaller %26 larger if available but mine had a big deep scratch. I’d recommend they are inspected before sent out. The company should consider adding a lid with each pan. The lids in most cases fall off and you have to be replace them with a screw %26 nut that rust which in return gets rust in your food. I mean the lids from other companies, I’ve not used this company’s lids.
