I bought this bargain brand tin foil because I needed tin foil, not a spiritual awakening. And let me tell you: it tin foils.
Is it thin? Yes.
Does it tear if you look at it with disappointment in your eyes? Also yes.
Does it still somehow get the job done every single time? MIRACULOUSLY.
This foil is perfect for:
Wrapping leftovers you fully intend to forget about
Covering pans you refuse to wash
Aggressively crumpling into a ball to scrub off last night's mistakes
Creating a fragile heat shield between your food and your poor life choices
It sticks to nothing, cuts unevenly, and absolutely will weld itself to the serrated edge in the worst possible way. But once deployed? Loyal. Shiny. Reflective. Ready to serve.
Is it heavy duty? No.
Is it emotionally fragile? Yes.
Does doubling it up solve all problems like duct tape for the kitchen? Also yes.
I've used it in the oven, on the grill, and briefly as a hat while questioning my decisions. Still going strong.
Five stars for affordability, versatility, and for quietly asking nothing of me while protecting my casseroles from burning and my sanity from unraveling. Would buy again. Would trust it with my leftovers. Might even trust it with secrets.

Shiny crumple paper that keeps my life together

Better than the other brands and costs less

Foil had been damaged on one end.  Does not come off the roll properly.

Damaged tin foil

The price is better than name brand, but it really isn't worth the savings. The box is incredibly weak and breaks at every corner and crevice, the tearing strip is not very good at breaking the foil, and the foil itself seems to be a little thinner than name brand.

Not a very good product.

This has become so thin now that oil seeps right through it. Shrinkflation strikes again. It can't even be doubled up with it being so porous. Brutal product.

Transparent aluminum foil

As we began using the roll, the width of the roll began getting shorter and shorter. Never again.

Terrible

Just spend the money and buy name brand not worth the hassle. It is so thin it tears so easily and it's a nuisance to deal with.

Not great to use tears easily very thin

DO NOT BUY. I decided to try the Great Value Aluminum Foil as it was cheaper than the Alcan foil; there is a reason it is cheaper! Because it is pure garbage. I have issues every single time I use it with it ripping everywhere and just being generally uncooperative. Will never buy again. Do yourself a favour and spend the couple of extra dollars for your sanity.
