I have tried multiple premix waffle batters as well as making batter from scratch.  Some were a success and others an epic fail.  But none consistent until I tried the Great Value Buttermilk pancake & waffle mix.  Perfect tasty light fluffy waffles everytime.  Hands down my new favorite!

Not much to say the flavour is comparable to other pancake mix, price is lower so really it is a no-brainer. I also like this item to donate to food cupboards as it is simple just add water. It is a staple buy for us all seasons as its great for camping, great breakfast or dinner item.

Can't go wrong for the price point

What a great, random, find at Walmart! I have never seen their store brand in a resealable bag, only boxes. I typically avoid boxes as the product does not stay as fresh and the box warps, also not easy to take to the cottage. I'm happy I found this product, and it is a very reasonable price!

Delicious!

This product is easy to use and very tasty.  I'd even go so far as to say I prefer it to the name brands.  I love that it is so easy to scoop from the bag to measure.

Tastes Great

Tastes great, makes nice fluffy pancakes, used for deep frying as well and worked great for that as well. For a fraction of the cost of brand name it is worth it

Good For Multiple Purposes

With the raising costs of things increasing like crazy, I have been trying different store brands, and this one is a definite win! Tasty and price conscious, win win!

I love this Pancake & Waffle mix, its smooth and nice just as the other traditional brands I usually use. Decide to try Great value which is even cheaper so for sure my new go-to. Love it!

Love It, My New Favorite

This buttermilk mix is actually delicious taste good and pancakes are fluffy you can melt GV butter and enjoy it

Fluffy delicious GV pancakes mix

When I saw that Great Value had a new pancake mix on the shelves, I was very excited to try it. This mix results in a thin mix even after adding more than the instructions tell you to, and has an unpleasant texture after cooking. I would choose other store brands before I would choose this.

Unlike any pancake mix I've had

I used some of this pancake mix and I just ate 3 medium sized pancakes. I got the most severe stomach cramps within about 10 minutes after eating. I used a little tiny bit of vegetable oil to coat my skillet but I doubt if it would have been that because it was such a tiny amount. The pancake mix was in date too it wasn't past the best before date but the way I felt after eating the pancakes I threw the entire package out and I had just opened it so that was a lot to throw out. I just had a bit of pancake syrup with the pancakes but it wouldn't have been bad because it wasn't past the best before date. Also none of the ingredients in the pancake syrup would have bothered me, pancake syrup has never bothered me before.

Gave me severe stomach cramps.
