These chocolate chips were bought at a cheaper price than brand named chocolate chips so I was hoping they would taste just as good. I was pleasantly surprised that they did taste good and complemented my baking. With a price of chocolate so expensive these days it was nice to save a little bit of money by buying this brand.

I've been buying this brand for quite a while. The quality is consistently good and my cookies and muffins turn out great. The bonus is that it generally costs less than name brands.

Taste better than most name brands

I have been buying these dark chocolate large back for years.  In beginning of 2024 they started not to carry anymore.  This was first month they r back!  Yahooo…UNTILL…you try 3or4 and you cannot even eat those, you must spit out!  These are hard, they only taste like fake sweetened sugar, they do not act, smell, taste like chocolate in anyway.  Worst Chocolate Chips on market is Walmart Great Value Dark Chocolate chips!  Please do not spend 17.00 on 2 large bags like I did, because until they go back to what they are using, these Great Value DArk Chocolate chips or semi are horrible tasting, would not even embarrass my baking using these, waste of money and I want a return since these are NOTHGING like they WERE!  At least put on back NEW Recipe to warn others that your other version is no longer in bag!  Bad choice guys…horrible choice
