Great taste and it goes with just about everything. I use it in omelets, briskets, pancakes and even in salads. One can't go too far wrong with bacon.

I love this stuff. I love it on toasted English muffins. I put them in an oven for a few min and it really brings out the flavour. Great on salads and just about everything. I haven't bought uncooked bacon in months since buying these.

I love this product. I'm a big fan of cesear salad and I throw a handful into all kinds of dishes to finish them off..pasta dishes..on top of pizza..salad. So handy and convenient. And this large bag lasts forever

When viewing the product in the package it appears to be mostly pieces of fat and gristle. Too much money for such a poor product

It is okay

This product used to be excellent:  value and quality.  For the last several months it has consistently had a lot more larger, fatty pieces.  I actually have to pick through as I use it to discard those pieces because they really are a turn off.  Just a few would be expected but I feel the quality standards of this product have changed and I won't be buying it again.
