I'm impressed. These took 2 minutes longer to cook than the recommended time, but we enjoyed them with our spaghetti dinner. My husband said he would have them again. I stored the leftovers separately in the fridge overnight and put the sauce on top for lunch the next day. The noodles were perfect again. I found that any gf noodles stored separately in the fridge from the sauce have better texture the next day than combining with the sauce. These are just as good as the name brands. Thank you.

Recently started buying this pasta - and now we will not buy any other type!! It cooks like, and tastes like, regular pasta. So so happy with this!!

The BEST gf pasta!

This pasta, cooks up and tastes like normal pasta would. Only caveat is it goes soggy if immersed in sauces overnight in the fridge. If cooking and using later or freezing I suggest only adding butter and keeping sauces separate until reheating:)

Wonderful gluten free product that does not turn to mush or get tough if used in a cold salad.

Good news for celiacs

Surprisingly one of the best gluten free / real-wheat substitute for macaroni.  And the price and the fact that it's made in Italy is even better.

These are very good for gluten free noodles. Not gritty like most of them. I think the blend of 4 grains make them better, the added quinoa seems to be the secret.  Yes I highly recommend this product if you are Celiac and must avoid gluten.
