A great quick supper.

For the rice add your pepper and salt perfect

This is not a bad product, but it really lacks in flavor unfortunately. I will stick to the swedish meatball version. This is really very basic noodles with meat sauce. If you're good with that, then you'll like it. And yes I did add a few extra things to liven it up 😀

it taste ok, but if they were to add more sauce and cheese, it would taste much better!

Needs more sauce and cheese

Thought it would be larger than it proved to be. That was my mistake.

Great Value lasagna.

Not enough meat sauce, did not moisten the noodles. I added shredded mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese blend plus red pepper flakes. It made it edible. It is a tasteless pile of under sauced noodles with some cheese.

Tastrless . Save your money

Taste, I'd rate 3 out of 5. It was okay, nothing special and it needed seasoning. I had to salt and pepper it. Though I first liked the fact it came in a microwavable container. I'm not fond that it's that black plastic which is NOT recyclable. There was barely enough sauce so its not really Lasagna. More like weak sauce with pasta.  It didn't even remotely look like Lasagna. The No Frills version actually looks like Lasagna. This looks like a dollar store version.

Barely enough sauce!

Not as good as the package shows. Barely any sauce and of it, it was actually hard to determine if there was actually any meat in the sauce. Of all the pictures on the website, not any of them show the back of the box. The amount of mixing required to make it all thoroughly mixed ends up breaking the noodles into typical pasta than anything that resembles Lasagna. 

Even their choice of noodles weren't the typical long wide piece of noodle. They were more like a pasta shape than a Lasagna noodle. But even thoroughly mixed so the sauce evenly coats all the noodles, the taste is something else. Like air.... nothing there but colour and a lot of washing up. 

We normally buy the No Frills 2.27Kg version to feed two ravenous adult males. So breaking down the weight is roughly 1.1Kg per person which is fine by us. So these 454g packages were just 10% shy of what we'd normally engorge ourselves with. But after the meal it left us feeling hungry. Meaning no actual meat or inflated protein numbers. I'm guessing both.

Don't waste your money. This has no flavour at all, it just tastes like noodles. Unless you enjoy really bland food, avoid this at all cost.
