Cook up a classic mac and cheese or other delcious pasta dishes with Great Value Macaroni Pasta. The versatile pasta is great for pairing with everything from a classic tomato sauce with ground beef, to rich, dairy-based sauces. The dry pasta is made with 100% durum wheat semolina and cooks to al dente in as little as 6 minutes. Stock up on this uncooked pasta for convenient and satisfying weekday lunches or dinners. To cook, bring 1 litre of water to a boil for each 100 grams of dry pasta and add 1 tablespoon of salt. Add the pasta and cook uncovered for 6 to 8 minutes or until desired tenderness is reached. Drain pasta and serve immediately with your favourite sauce. The Ingredient Wise symbol appears on products made without these ingredients: synthetic colours, artificial flavours and sweeteners, hydrogenated vegetable oil, monosodium glutamate.

When I purchased Great Value macaroni pasta, I wasn't sure that my family would like it. The pasta cooked up nice and fluffy and tender. My Dad has trouble chewing but he was able to eat this soft pasta with marinara sauce with no trouble swallowing. It freezes well after cooking so you can prepare it ahead of time if needed. I would definitely recommend this product.

I have always relied on national brands when it came to pasta, but while shopping at Walmart one day I found the macaroni in Great Value brand on sale. I decided to buy and I was not disappointed. Great value Macaroni pasta is easy to prepare right from the packaging. It cooks evenly and has a nice texture. I boiled the pasta for about 8minutes and it held sauces without getting mushy. The taste with sauce is really good and its filling. Can be used in several different meals. It's a good choice for an easy dinner or snack.

Easy To Cook Pasta

I use great value Macaroni Pasta to make Macaroni and Cheese for my 2 Grandkids when they come to visit me... They always call and tell me they want me to make them "Cheese Noodles" for dinner.   I have tried the more expensive brands and find little or no difference in the taste or texture of the noodles and my Grandchildren eat them by the bowl.

Fondante and an extra taste

Everything is going up for groceries, especially the regular everyday goods. Great value pasta is still affordable, but even its base price has gone up. This is the still the cheapest option for 2 lbs of pasta, and we don't notice a difference compared to the name brands like Catelli.

Good price and quality

The cheese stinks when opened, noodles when dry still look expired. Following instructions properly the noodles are soft and mushy on bite. The cheese has a sharp weird taste to it, but “sometimes” you get what you pay for.
