Ready to spread straight from the refrigerator, this cooking and baking margarine adds flavour to many of your favourite dishes. The Ingredient Wise symbol appears on products made without these ingredients: synthetic colours, artificial flavours and sweeteners, hydrogenated vegetable oil, monosodium glutamate. As per Canadian regulations, this product cannot contain some of these ingredients.

I don't purchase margarine or butter unless it is essential to something specific going on but other than that there's always a container in the fridge of it. It taste great like margarine from years ago. It's not overly greasy and it tastes great in the sense that there is favor but the actual margarine is mellow.

Great Value Margarine A+

This margarine is great. Every time you take it out of the fridge it's spreadable and not hard so it doesn't rip your bread/toast. It has a good taste, almost like butter and doesn't sink into the bread product to make it soggy. It's a great size for the price and the resealable lid and container works well.

From my own personal experience, most of the different margarine brands are nearly identical except for perhaps a slight variation in the color of the product. This one is no exception. As far as I can tell, margarine is margarine regardless of the brand. Bought this one as it was slightly cheaper than the other brands available at the time. Tastes the same as any other.

Margarine Is Margarine

Groceries are going up in price so I always look for brands that have the same or better quality at a low price. This product does that. Tastes as good as the higher end brands.

Compare to other brands, it is good for taste and price. Taste is similar. Price is good for low income family. Instead of buying brand product, I always buy the great value margarine.

With ever rising costs of groceries and well everyrhing margarine is among the items hard to find at a cheaper price. Without a sale this is as cheap as it gets and it works.

Price Is Right

It spread easily, it has a light taste and works well on toast and in cooking. Honestly I don't notice any difference from other big brands and it is affordable too

I just bought great value original margarine for the first time ever this week. It is 3 dollars less expensive than imperial margarine of the same size and it tastes pretty much the same

Tastes slightly like butter, no weird aftertaste. Extremely spreadable, doesn't rip holes in bread because the spread is too hard like butter can get. Works well on toast or in baking

GV Margarine

Very good product. Spreads easily. Not at all salty tasting. Great for baking. I prefer to buy it in the largest container because I have a large family. I will make do with this until I see it available in the store again.

It's good.

I don't know if this margarine had gone bad before the expiry date but it was awful. It had a weird taste and it was super soft, almost liquid. I had to throw it out. I will not buy ever again.
