Naturally sweet, chewy and packed with bold fruit flavour, Great Value Pitted Prunes are great for snacking, cooking and baking. Munch on a few of these delicious dried plums throughout the school or work day to help keep yourself feeling full, or chop them up for use in homemade trail mix. Use them as-is in muffins, bars, cakes or granola, or rehydrate them for a softer, juicier texture. The dried prunes come pitted for convenience, with a resealable bag for easy storage. These prunes are nice a moist. They make for a great snack. I've always found that prunes are the best tasting of any dried fruit. These are a good price for the size of the package.

These are so much better than any other brands I've purchased over the years. They are soft and delicious

Excellent quality, very fresh

I enjoy eating prunes right out of the bag, and I do find that the quality can vary within one bag, some of them looking as though they've been shredded or partially stewed already, or just wizened -- so I decided to stew them myself, and now I enjoy them that way.  No, they're not always fancy looking, but they're pretty good for the price.

Pretty Good for the Price

These taste great and are a good price, but I constantly find pits. At least two or three per bag have a nasty surprise when I bite down on a pit. I no longer buy them despite the value.
