For the first time I decided to buy Great Value chocolate chips .Why did I buy Great Value Chocolate Chips ? The prices of cocoa and anything with chocolate has risen dramatically .Great Value Chocolate Chips was definitely a great value in price and quality ,rich in cocoa ,semi sweet Chocolate chips was the perfect choice.

I have been avoiding buying chocolate chips because of the increasing price for chocolate recently, but I needed chocolate chips for a recipe. I switched to great value chocolate chips in a larger sized bag and I was very pleased with the quality for a slightly lower price.

Convenient sizing and like the resealable bag but it didn't last long at home as we used it almost every day for baked goods or just snacking. Didn't realize how intensive the cocoa shortage has affected everything involved but wow!! This brand was the least expensive

Just as good as the brand name

These are my go to for chocolate chips. We have a dairy allergy at home and find a lot of semi sweet still have dairy in them or if not, they taste too dark for our liking. The value can't be beat either. I would recommend this and will continue buying.

Best value for your dollar

These are great chocolate chips for baking. I was pleased with the taste and texture in my chocolate chip cookies and pancakes. My only downside was they have an odd texture when snacking (which could be turned into a positive, it discourages me to snack on chocolate chips!)

Great Chips

I bought these cjocolat chip because the popular brand was more expensive and had less gram inbtje bag then tje Great Value. I must says they are very good and I see no difference with the popular brand. My cookies are as good. I will not hesitate to buy more

Chocolat chips

The great value brand is ok - I find the brand name has a better taste, however with the price of chocolate, I'm willing to sacrifice a bit of the flavour when baking- as long as chocolate isn't the star.  Not great, not horrible, it lands somewhere in the middle.

We really use the chocolate chips for all of our baking! 
Most times we run out of them before we even get to baking because the kids eat them right out of the bag. Who needs popcorn when you can eat chocolate chips.
The price has gone up significantly thought so we have slowed down our purchases.

Great Value chocolate chips have that familiar yummy taste essential to maintaining taste of family loved recipes.  More affordable pricing of baking ingredients factors into purchasing groceries beyond the basics. Great value chocolate chips will continue to be the brand I reach for.

The price of chocolate is insane. I bought these for my regular baking. They are fine. Just like any other chocolate chip. The size of the bag was more than one recipes worth but didn't feel like I was investing in chocolate like the Costco sized bag.

Acceptable, but weird aftertaste. Would buy another brand next time especially when chocolate chips have gone up in cost.
