This great value sour cream is rich, creamy and perfectly tangy. The best part, though, is that this value sized tub is just about the same price as a small tub of the name brand versions!

Value Sized Cheaper than Other Brands Small Size

The name says it all -- Great Value! The price is excellent, but more importantly, the product itself is excellent: thick & great tasting. I quite seriously cannot tell the difference between this & sour cream at over twice the price.

The Name Says It All

Great Value Sour Cream is high on my list of favorites.  it is very yummy, so versatile and I eat it in an old-school way with a hunk of fresh bread or rolls it's so good and of course for toppings and cooking.

Good flavour & texture -- great buy for the price. We use a lot of it, both by itself on baked potatoes & fajitas, & mixed into sauces & dips. Recommended.

It had a great expiry date and dollops on hot meals and soups were great for taste and the cooling effect.

Sour cream goes everywhere. Just use your imagination for dips, toppings, even on sweets to give an aha feel.

[Employee of walmartcanada] For mixing in to a recipe it does the job.  For recipes where you taste and feel the sour cream in your mouth, not so much.  It has a slightly gritty texture to it, and it is not as thick as a better quality sour cream. Although it is tempting to purchase at a lower cost, the old saying, “you get what you pay for”, definitely comes into play here.

Low price

Would be extremely nice if the clerks who pick the orders would check dates as my sour cream expired 2 days after I received my order as a senior with mobility issues I thank you from the bottom of my heart for not being able to read or just to lazy or do not give a rats butt about customers.As far as responding to this don't bother because I know Walmart does not give a crap about customers only their profit

always short b4 date. once even moldy when I got it. tried 3 times always the same I would rather pay a little extra for brand name as I end up throwing it out

Absolutely disgusting I opened the product that clearly has a month left on expiry, but a pure glob of green mould inside this as I stirred it
