IF YOU WANT THE BEST TASTING, BUY FRESH. THESE CAN MUSHIES ARE VERY GOOD BUT THEY DO HAVE A BIT OF A TINNY TASTE. THE PRICE MAKES THEM PERFECT FOR CHILI OR CASSEROLES.
