I bought this pan after I found a set of three sauce pans at a thrift store for next to nothing. Once I used them I knew I needed to replace everything I had. I sing the praises of these pans. Nothing sticks to them, easy to clean, healthier cooking. Worth the money!

I'm not to fond of nonstick cookware because of it eventually coming off and getting in my food but this pan is completely different and you can tell from the get go. The quality is superb. It can go from stovetop to oven. Mac-n-cheese just slides out. I am so a fan now and I'm anxious to get the set now!!! Kudos Greenpan, this pan is more than I planned for and I'm excited to try new things with it!!!

Wonderful nonstick surface the food does not stick to the bottom or surroundings. The clean up process was so quick and easy. I am completely satisfied with this pan. It is something my on the go family loves especially for our one pan meals.

Amazing non stick pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is extremely versatile.  Really amazing.  If for whatever reason you do not want to have multiple pots and pans and prefer to own just one - please, seriously consider this pan.  
Because it is large, and deep, and has a top, you can use multiple cooking techniques and always achieve great results.  In this pan you can fry, deep fry, stew, steam and even in a pinch make soup; it is also perfect for risotto and pasta.
Two handles make this pan easy to lift and move, even when full.  The non-sick surface is truly non-stick and this is my first time cooking on ceramics.
Very, very impressed, highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying the 5qt GreenPan Rio Ceramic Nonstick Sauté Pan my sister wanted one. We used it on Thanksgiving everything cooked evenly, and food stayed warm when we placed it in the oven while we cooked more foods on the stove. The fact that I could put my oven at a low temp and leave the GreenPan in there without the handle burning or anything else bad happening to it was a plus. The teal color of it is so beautiful that I might just change my kitchen colors

Beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I love the bright turquoise color of this pan - it makes cooking all the more fun! The size is perfect too - I am able to fry 6 gigantic burgers at the same time, without making dish washing too cumbersome. The nonstick part has been holding up very well for the short time I've been using this pan (although I have been using it pretty much every day!). It cleans up really easily every time. The pan is nice and heavy and heats up well and evenly over my ancient burners. 
Only negative: Their quality assurance leaves something to be desired; when I unpacked this pan I noticed something rattling inside the "helper" handle. After I unscrewed it, I found a small ceramic bit about 1 inch long that had broken off and fallen inside. Not a huge deal since it's not even the main handle, but a bit annoying.

Love the size and color!

It's a good product but I do feel that the coating on the pan is very delicate. We barely used it the first time, taking as much precautions as we can, and we already had a few scratches on the surface. Also the pan doesn't heat up quickly like they claim to, so you need to add an extra 5 mins to cooking time. Apart from that, it is good volume if you are looking to multi task multiple elements in one pan. Not sure we would buy another pan from Green Pan.

Green pan

I've been using Green Pan products for a while, and I'm well aware of the need to take good care of the non-stick coating—avoiding high heat, using silicone utensils, and gentle cleaning with a sponge and mild detergent. Despite following all these guidelines diligently, I've noticed the coating peeling off bit by bit in less than a month. Frankly, I'm disappointed in the durability and scratch resistance of the coating.
