Its a pleasure to cook with these pans. The small one is great for an egg. I am surprised how well they can create a nice brown or crusty surface. That is not something I thought a non-stick pan could do. But I have crisped up home fries, cooked falafel patties, and many other things and have been happy with the results

Valencia Pro Ceramic Nonstick Frypan gets 5 stars and more.  I purchased it because I want a safe pan for my family.  I do not want toxic chemicals.  I love that the handle does not get hot. It is great for all foods, I have two pans this size and a two larger pans.   Easy to clean.

Safe for family, easy to use pans

I love these pans.  They are easy to use; nothing sticks to them and they are easy to clean. We first encountered Green Pan when we went into a store looking for a flat pan and the Green Pan was the only flat pan in the store so we bought it.  My husband does not usually rate anything to the max but he absolutely those these pans; we both do. These will be the only pans we buy from now on.

The efficiency and ease is incredible. Using lower temperatures seems to be the key to having a great experience. Also, super easy to wash. Overall a great experience!

Cooking with ease and excellence!

I've tried many brands, and this is definitely the most solid high quality frypan I've bought.  I've had it one month, but during that time I must say I am happy to use it!

These are really nice. I replaced copper bottom non-stick pans and these heat up and stay consistent through out the cooking process. The non-stick is really super slick, which I've never had before with teflon, so it's a nice feature. I'm happy with my purchase so far, but I'm only a few weeks in...time will tell!

Valencia Pro Ceramic pan set (8,9.5,11)

Might be the best pans I have ever purchased!  They truly deliver on their advertised features.   Food doesn't stick, easy to wash, very light, and I feel confident that there are no harmful or toxic fumes or leaching since there is nor harmful coating.

I'm really impressed with the non-stick coating on this frying pan. Nothing sticks to the surface, even when cooking without oil. Cleaning is a breeze — just a quick wipe and it's spotless. The coating feels durable and high-quality. Highly recommend this pan if you're looking for excellent non-stick performance!

Nice ceramic coating pan

We've been using non-stick pans for years (decades), but these pans are by far the BEST pans we have ever owned!  Nothing sticks to them and they heat up very evenly.  Plus, the handles are comfortable and don't seem to get hot when on the stove.  So it's truly a win-win!  Non-toxic option that actually works great!

It's a win-win

I love my Valencia pans (and pots).  They're really functional and the non-stick is long lasting (compared to other current pan brands).  They lose one star because the non-stick DOES wear out faster than I would have liked (my last set of Valencia pans lasted about 2.5 years of CONSTANT daily use washing by hand). However, even with this timing, Green Pan has still outlasted and out performed other pans I've had so I feel like it's worth it. Pieces that aren't used as often (1x per week or less) are still pristine after 3 years, so I still feel like they're a great value.

Would Buy Again (Because I Did)

Used the pan one time and already has a scratch and flakes of the coating coming off. It was hand washed and a wooden spoon was used on it. The two smaller pans have not done this, just the larger. 
I've owned Green pans before for ten years and never got a scratch. Hoping this is not an indication of the quality that are being put out now.
