I like how the rack is very lightweight. At first, it seemed a bit flimsy, but it's okay... does the job. I'm very unhappy with the difficulty in hanging it. The hardware it comes with does not work for this rack. The anchors are cheap and stripped out when screwing the screws in. The screws are either too small or too short or both. When I had completed the installation, the screws slipped right out of the anchors. I got some bigger, longer screws which are working much better, but the anchors are stripped out, so I'm not sure how long it will hold.  I bought two of these racks and am debating taking the other one back vs. buying better hardware before installing it vs. trying to find a place on the wall that has studs in the appropriate places.  
Another note...you need to have enough clearance above and below the rack. In order to put it in the down position, you have to put it almost completely in the up position to unlock it.
Overall, the concept of this is perfect for what I need... I love that I can lay sweaters on it when in the flat position and also adjust the rack to hang clothes on hangers without taking up too much space. They just shouldn't have skimped on the mounting hardware.

My laundry room is not real big.  As I usually have a few things I air dry, I had a wooden drying rack.  It took up space on the floor and had to be moved one way to open the washer door, and another way to open a cabinet.  With this I have floor space!  It hangs down against the wall when not being used, and can be in one of three positions when drying.  Love it!

I am very pleased with this purchase and it was easy to install. The only negative remark is that I didn't realize when I purchased it that the only way to make it go down flat to the wall, it had to be raised completely. I installed it under a shelf so it will have to stay in the open position permanently.

Works well in my laundry room.

My wife needed a place to hang a few things to dry in the laundry room that she couldn't put in the dryer. This was easy to mount and served that purpose. A happy wife is a happy life so on to her next project.

Drying rack

The plastic wall mount snapped with only a couple of T-shirts hanging on the rack the first use on one of three racks I purchased. The anchors provided are cheap and weak and slid out of the wall in several locations. The rack itself would be OK if you use your own anchors or manage to hit a stud with both sides, top and bottom.

Cheap plastic parts

I bought this to minimize space in my laundry room and it does that. Only complaint would be that the provided anchors are not strong enough for the weight of the clothes and I suggest getting heavy duty drywall screw anchors. Holds a fair amount of clothes and a few towels.

Overall good

Didn't last a day, broke the first time I used it. The hardware it comes with are not strong enough to hold the weight of the rack, let alone hang wet clothing.  Returned.

As always the shipping is fast, the product is very convenient at little cost. After buying one, using it, I will surely buy another!

Very practical!

It's really functional and takes up little space, i have hung up to 5 wet shirts on it and it's no problem, mine came with some rust on it but i only noticed after i put it up and wasn't going to take it down.

It looks like it opens flat in the photos but it is not,  and our walls are straight as they can be.   Just letting you know now. 

Device is sturdy.   Install in a well ventilated  area or your clothes will take longer to dry (you'll see).
