This greenworks corded mower is the best mower I have ever owned. Takes a little practice handling the cord but when you don't have to put gas or oil, clean air filters, carburetors and pull a string 50 times when it is 100 degrees outside before you can even begin, the cord is NOT a problem. I use a 100 foot 10 gauge cord and add another 100 foot 12 gauge if needed. I have outside 20 amp outlets for all my corded tools. This cuts tall grass and I cut at least a 1/2 acre.

I was very impressed. I was thinking this would be hard to put together and that it would not cut like a gas powered mower. Honey was I wrong! It cut like a powerhouse on my high grass. It was easy to set up snd all you needed was an extension cord. Push the button then hold the bar. Very simple and I am a 56 year old woman who had knee surgery.  It does not carry the weight of a gas mower either do it was easy on my back and knee

Living in California means high price for gasoline.  We had a gas mower that worked fine, but with gas prices being almost $5 I wasn't willing to continue to use the gas mower.  
The Greenworks Electric Mower was easy for my husband to assemble and we both enjoy using it.  It more than meets our needs and doesn't cost us anything to run, as we have solar to provide for our electrical needs.
I thought I had already done a review and apologize for the delay as we very much like this electric mower.

Great Electric Mower Replaced A Gas Powered Mower

It would have been easier to assemble the grass catcher bag, as well as rear mulch insert and side grass snippings insert, if the manufacturer included a diagram of the mower showing where these items should be inserted, like IKEA does.  I will need to call their customer service number to learn where the latter 2 items go.  The mower is working fine with the grass catcher bag attachment.
However, I was happy and pleasantly surprised with Walmart's quick delivery service! and the driver's care in placing the package in my porch, as I was not home.

Greenworks Lawn Mower

My batter powered lawn mower died after just a few years. Decided to buy this corded version which hopefully will last longer. Cut my overgrown grass with no problem. New blades of course cut grass like butter.  Same amount of effort used to push this vs my battery powered mower. The hinge on this mover was very strong and tight which I guess is good. The bag on this thing was longer and more narrow and felt just a big less ergonomic when releasing and dumping. Since this is corded, you can't maneuver as well as with cordless. Other than these minor quibble functions as it should.

I love this mower! This is replacing my last Greenworks electric mower 20" which I have had for 7 years. This 21" inch is even better. I just received it so I have only used it once so far. I have 1/3 rd acre lawn. This mower is light weight and easy to maneuver once you learn to manage the electric cord as you walk and make turns. It's exterior is plastic if that is a concern for you, but it doesn't bother me. I am a 69 y.o. senior woman with a bad shoulder so cranking a gas mower is not for me. I was going to go with a battery lawnmower but the cost of a replacement battery was almost as much as this mower so "no thanks" . Who knows what the costs of batte ries will be with the new tariffs! Love this mower!

So far i love it! I have a good size yard and i was looking for something on the cheap side but something durable. Well i got both, it has a STEEL DECK so it alows me to be able to cut back into my tree line to cut down the over grown brush thats crept up over the years. Its extremely light weight when pushing it(i have mobility issues) and even though it is NOT a self propelled mower it moves with ease. i was really apprehensive about getting an electric mower because of the extension cord but now that all my other issues were taken care of with this mower, the extension cord is just a minor inconvenience(the battery ones dont have enough life to last for me to cut all my yard b4 they die so i opted for the corded type). So over all im very pleased with my decision and my yard hasn't looked this good in years bc of my mobility issues in the past i had to rely on others to cut my grass and as the saying goes "if you want something done right, do it yourself" 🤣🥰

Good bang for the buck if you don't mind dealing with cords. I am used to them, my 100 ft cord allows me to switch plugs only once when I mow the front and backyard. The only negative so far is that the wheel caps (small plastic piece) can easily come off. You should also retighten the bolts holding the handle bar every once in a while . Overall I like it a lot , it has enough power to mow tall grass too

Great corded option

The first one I bought had issues after a year so I returned it. The second one's been been fine. Its probably the cheapest corded electric mower on the market. Which what I was looking for. You get a sufficient mower for the money. I use it on a large yard, I'd prefer a powered push corded version, if it was ever sold. I'd say it's worth the money. It's excellent on my small front yard and, sufficient on my large back yard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because U asked and this was the answer. Also the product was scheduled to show up on a Thursday and didn't show up until the next morning when no one was home. so it had to sit outside for 6 hrs until someone got there..

I found the problem after using it for 3 times. The power was very small and it had no power on the slightly taller grass. It even stopped the machine.
