Can produce clean cuts, but feed design can be flawed.

Self-propeled option is great addional of older people can do it as well.Power is enough to mowe around 5 to 6" long grass to 2 to 3" grass.

Powerful enough for regular grass that has not been cut in a few weeks which is all I need. Assembly was also very easy all in all took less than 10 minutes to have all the tools running.

Power and Easy

It fits my needs and price point as I have only a small front yard.
Ordered and received them kit as promissed. It was packaged nicely. Assembly was fairly straight forward.
Took a bit to charge up both batteries. Once done I got to mowing and I really liked the assist drive.
I was able to mow, trim & blow on one charge with enough left battery left to do it again before needing to recharge.
What I was paying a gardener this will pay its self off within the year.
I expect to get many years use out this.

Decent product, can improve on battery life

I didn't realize it was only 20 volts, had older one for a long time and wanted to replace it.
It was a 40 volt power!! Makes a difference to this one at 20 volt.
 I think I just notice easy load and 2 strings is why I purchased it. Will use it for small areas and live with it. Seems little short doesn't extend to far

The line feed is a horrible design. I have all Greenworks products and got the string trimmer to complete the lawn mowing ensemble.  Well, this is going back. The line feed is the worst design. Just one thing is important for a string trimmer, the line feed. I've operated the trimmer for a total of fifteen minutes and have had the line break or not feed five times. The line stuck twice with the factory set up. So I restrung the line and just as bad. And what the heck is the added little "coil protector"? Something just waiting to break. The string assembly is the worst invention possible.
