The battery life has been very good, and charge time is quicker than expected. The hedge trimmer angle adjustment button is easy to operate, and very intuitive. Overall, this is an unbeatable combo for the price.

Garden Must Have

24v is plenty for residential use. Batteries last quite a while. Easy to use. Two different lengths of reach. Not too heavy. Hate to say it but don't have to deal with oil and gas.

The pole saw is a handy gem! At least my 72 year old husband thinks so... LOL. I have not been able to pry it from his hands since I bought it! Both of his shoulders have damaged rotator cuffs and still he is able to operate this saw with relative ease over his head. It is an excellent tool for hard-to-reach places. The design has a built-in hook that helps removing tangled branches. The workhorse battery uses a full charge for an average size treed back and side yard. I will submit another review once he falls asleep and I am able to spirit it away!

I have not been able to pry it from my husband's hands since I bought it!

Good purchase

I have 4 other greenworks products in the 60v category and was upset there isn't a 60v polesaw, but after using this product I realize one end would be much heavier given the length and I am impressed with the power with this being 24v.

Great Product

We building our 24v Greenworks tool set and this is an essential for spring tree trimming.  We have used this on several smaller hard-to-reach limbs and it has worked well.  The battery life is good as well. It would be nice if they included a little bottle of chain oil to get you started.

Useful and efficient

Works great, makes quick work of small branches a couple inches thick.  Saw really gets a good bite on the branch so you have to hold it tightly.

Works as advertised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, pretty unimpressed. Not very useful for much larger than 2-3" limbs. I have the 24V 12 inch chainsaw too, which has much more power, so I don't really understand why this is so lacking.
