[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pole saws can really cut. Just as well as the regular saws. Great tool for saving time and money doing some of your own work. If you are 6ft tall, you can have a reach of around 15-16 foot from the ground!

Trees about 15 to 20 feet tall. I took about 6 feet off the tree.  The pole saw cut through the branches like a hit knife through butter.  It was quicker cutting the branches than collecting the branches on the ground.  What a pleasure to use.  Worth the money.  I would recommend it.

The product arrived obviously “re-packaged” so I immediately expected the worst.  And sure enough the charger didn't work. I already have a Greenworks 80v lawnmower, so was able to use the charger from that. With a charged battery the pole saw works as expected. 

I reported the problem to Greenworks but have received no reply
