Perfect tool, I trimmed the hedge for a good 2hours and the batteries was still 1 light ON. Well balanced and was expecting a heavier tool but no, very easy to use.

Excellent trimmer

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this last month to help with the onerous task of trimming a 7 foot high and 4 foot wide cedar hedge. This pole trimmer cut through the hedge like a hot knife through butter. It made the job easier being able to cut further without having to lean dangerously on the ladder. The battery is powerful and lasts a long time. I am a Greenworks customer for life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this for 1hr.  Really like the long length.  Cuts very well, although a bit noisey when cutting heavier branches, wished they had the long one in the 82v with metal head, I'm concerned how well it will hold up long term. Only time will tell.  Otherwise it really works great.

good first impression

I've only used this trimmer twice so far so I can't tell about longevity but it seems to be built solidly. The trimmer works great but it is kinda heavy for an older woman like myself, it would have been nicer if it came with a strap or grab handle. This model didn't come with the rapid charger shown in the picture and came with the slower charger so you can't get a lot done if you don't have an extra battery plus sliding the poles together is very tight and that makes it hard to get them all the way on and off without using some force. Other than that I like that I can finally cut my hedges that grew too tall and I don't have to deal with the noise and fumes of a gas trimmer.

ordered it, but-but-but  > shocked to learn that  never came as your stock was empty. Would consider again  when the boat comes ..better model  more powerful  would be preferred .. hard to rate anything if I don't have your product.. Please tell the boat captain to put it in 5th gear so that the boat arrives sooner than later:::: before I will be forced  to buy a competitive brand/product.  as my trimming needs are just around the corner...have to do it very soon.  Product must have 10' reach!
