I like my bladder. The shape is great. So much better than the flat ones. I also like that I can turn it over and use it at the camp for bulk water. That is such a wonderful idea. Duel purpose! So far so good mine has been perfect. No leaks or problems with it.

the product is as expected.  The big compliment is that the seal had a leak on the initial product and it was exchanged quickly with no hassle or cost. I appreciate the support.

Used this on my first backpacking trip, worked out wonderfully. I hung it from a tree and it was so much easier than constantly pouring from a bottle or from the tube. Worth every penny. Also didn't leak or anything when in my pack.

Works great

I filled my Gregory 3D Hydro Trek with water as soon as I got it.  Tested for leaks, none, and functionality.  It will do nicely on my upcoming 7 day backpack.   I like the one hand valve closure system, and I believe it will ride better at the top of the pack, leaving room below for other gear/clothing.

Just the right size and features.  The 3L size is large enough for personal use on a trek.  The size is sufficient for use around camp hanging from a tree for cooking and casual consumption useing the lid spout.  The handle is convenient for filling and caring

Just to right size

I absolutely love this water bladder. It easily sits on top of my packs to make refilling a breeze. The spigot is easy to operate with one hand as well. It is compact enough to fit into the small back pouches of some of my running vests and as a bonus it is rigid enough to hold itself open to dry. The camp spout works really well too. Gonna buy a few more of these.

Easy to fill - a real plus when your filling up on a backpacking trip.  Multiple pouring/hanging options is a nice feature.  Shape makes drying it out much simpler.

I love the size, capacity, and utility of this pack, but the hard plastic portion at the top where it can clip into my bag or be hung up at camp separated from the softer plastic bag component within a week, rendering it's usefulness is hanging obsolete. Also, there has been slight leakage from the clip-in straw component almost immediately.

Wanted to love it

Love the Hydro Trek itself. But mine leaks because the little rubber gasket on the hose is brittle and has cracked. I can't just fine a little gasket like this to replace that will fit, rendering the whole thing useless.

Good, but...

Reservoir seems fine unless cleaning through that small hole becomes an issue with my patience.

But the bite valve just broke in two while I was far from a water source and water began spewing out before I noticed it. Other reviews with the same bite valve on the other 3L bag had the same issue. I'm not fond of negative reviews but this flaw could really get someone in trouble.

I was able to keep it above my shoulder and ration water for a half a day and it was fine if a little dry. But this needs to be fixed.

I like the camp function of being able to fill things up easily from the spigot under the cap but I can't be solo in the backcountry with the possibility of losing a half a day of water unexpectedly.

I just submitted my second customer service request and upon thinking more and seeing reviews with the same issue for the other 3L reservoir I decided that this should be a known and a fixed issue.

Greggory, fix the issue and the reservoir would be great. Otherwise it's dangerous.
