The instructions on the box said follow the instructions inside the box. Surprise surprise, no instructions were in the box. So I have a product, I have no idea how I'm supposed to use. Pathetic.

I did not get the full pack it should have had the activation stuff that you put the hair color in needless to say I tried it anyway and it did nothing . So please send what I asked for which I thought was the whole hair home dye kit

No directions included. On the purchase site it does tell you to mix it one to one with peroxide but not what volume of peroxide nor how long to let

I read a lot of reviews about this product and had tried many others. Mostly semi-permanent metallic silvers that claim to hold color for weeks but end up washing out in a matter of a couple days. This product delivered exactly what I was looking for. I am slowing trying to grow out my natural silver hair as I've had blond and brown highlights over the years. The brown was fading and the blond just wasn't helping my skin coloring. Both professional colors started to become really brassy and my hairdresser was weaving in platinum so I could use a toner to neutralized the brassy blonds and turn them more of a silvery color.
