Bought these treads for an outdoor wooden ramp for my aging mother. They installed easily and seem to give her decent traction as she uses the ramp. Each tread is secured by four screws (included). After one winter, the areas in between the screws is warping upward just a little bit. Probably not enough to cause an issue, they just don't look as nice now as they did when I first installed them last fall. Maybe the sun will warm the plastic and it will settle down flat again... guess we'll see
